1. What this website is
clearpathwv.com describes services offered by ClearPath, a Whalen Ventures company based in Ellicottville, New York. The content is general information about those services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, insurance, financial or compliance advice, and ClearPath does not provide those services.
2. Prices and quotes
Prices on this website are a guide to the current offer in US dollars. They are not an offer that becomes a contract when you read them, and no charge or subscription starts from this website. Final scope, schedule, inclusions, exclusions and payment milestones are agreed in writing before any work begins. Hosting, domains, provider subscriptions, processing fees, paid assets and applicable sales tax are additional unless a written quote says otherwise. Existing client agreements take precedence over anything on this website.
3. The service agreement is separate
Using this website does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after you and ClearPath sign or confirm a written scope and quote. That agreement, not these terms, governs deliverables, acceptance, revisions, warranty for defects, support hours, response targets, cancellation and payment.
4. Demonstrations and examples
The browser demos, the demonstration video and the sample scope sheet use fictional businesses and made-up data. They illustrate the kind of work ClearPath can build. They are not connected to any live client system, they do not represent results for any real client, and nothing in them is a promise about a specific outcome for your business.
5. The contact brief
The contact page helps you write an email in your own email app. Nothing is submitted to this website. Please do not include passwords, customer records or other sensitive information. An email you send is a request for information, not an order, and a reply is not acceptance of any work until a written scope is agreed.
6. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and share the pages for their intended purpose. Do not copy the site's text, images or code for another business, attempt to interfere with the site, or use the demos to process real personal information.
7. Content and trademarks
The ClearPath name, wordmark and the content of this site belong to Whalen Ventures unless stated otherwise. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
8. No warranty for the website
The website is provided as is. ClearPath aims to keep it accurate and available but does not promise that it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, ClearPath is not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. Liability for actual services is addressed in the service agreement.
