Services

Three kinds of help. One way of working.

A website you can be proud of, a tool that takes the retyping away, or steady help with what you already use. Scope and price are agreed before I start, and support is always optional.

01 · Websites

A clear, professional home for your business.

Most owner-led businesses need a site that says what you do, shows your work, and makes it easy to call, book or ask. That is what the two fixed-price builds deliver.

  • Basic Build. Up to 5 pages, your logo, colors and supplied content, a contact form to email, call and map links, 2 consolidated revision rounds.
  • Business Build. Everything in Basic, up to 10 pages, an editable news or projects section, one standard booking or newsletter connection into an account you already have configured, 3 consolidated revision rounds.
  • Custom websites. Larger sites, unusual layouts or migrations. Scope and milestones agreed before work starts.
  • Both builds include mobile-friendly design, basic on-page SEO, sitemap and Search Console setup, agreed analytics, a page for your approved privacy text, a plain-English handoff guide and 30 days of fixes for defects in the agreed work. Accounts are set up in your name.

You supply final copy, images and legal text unless preparation is quoted. The editable section is a simple, documented way to post updates, not a full management system. New features and redesigns are not post-launch fixes.

02 · Tools and automations

Less chasing, less retyping.

When requests, information and next steps live in five places, a small tool that fits the job can bring them into one. These are scoped separately, because the exceptions set the scope, not the number of screens.

  • Request handling. One place where messages become facts, flagged gaps, a drafted reply and a follow-up record that waits for you.
  • Answers from approved sources. Staff and customer questions answered only from information you approved, with the source shown.
  • Internal tools, customer logins, online stores and connected systems. Forms and lead routing, booking and newsletter connections, simple automations, accounting connections and starter CRM setups, each with its own written scope.
  • The rule in everything I build: prices, promises, money and publishing wait for a person. Drafts are reviewed before anything important goes out.

Three browser demos on the work page show these patterns on a made-up cafe. They run on sample data, not a live client system.

03 · Ongoing support

Help with what you already use.

You do not need a new build to get steady help. Support covers a named set of systems with a written monthly allowance, so you know what is included before the first invoice.

  • Website Care. Agreed site updates, scheduled backups, uptime checks, support for your delivered content tools and up to 30 minutes of small content edits each month.
  • Workflow Support. Practical guidance, troubleshooting, documentation and small approved improvements for the systems you already run. Covered systems, monthly capacity and response targets are written down first.
  • Month to month. Clear next billing date, clear cancellation instructions, and you keep every deliverable and account if the arrangement ends.

Support is optional. Larger builds are quoted separately. No emergency or 24/7 coverage is included, and business hours are stated in each agreement.

When the scope is unclear

Clarity Session: a working session and a written plan you keep.

One focused session on what is actually getting stuck, then a concise plan: what is worth doing, what is not worth paying for, and a sensible order. If there is a project worth doing, you get a quote or a clear discovery step.

It is useful on its own, with no build attached. It is not a prerequisite: a straightforward website can go directly to a fixed quote. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are explained before any payment is taken.

The full $395 is credited to your first project when you accept its quote within 30 days of the quote date.

Said plainly

What is not on offer.

  • Emergency, weekend or overnight response
  • Legal, tax, accounting, medical, insurance, financial or compliance advice
  • Unlimited work inside a monthly plan
  • Promises of rankings, savings or results
  • Work on live accounts, money or customer messages without your approval
  • Domains, hosting, subscriptions, processing fees and paid assets, which are yours and listed before anything starts
