Privacy
What this website does and does not do with information about you. Written to match how the site actually works.

The short version
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
- There is no server-side contact form. The contact page builds an email draft in your browser and hands it to your own email app. Nothing you type is sent to, or stored by, this website.
- The demos run entirely in your browser on made-up sample data. They do not send, save or connect to anything.
- If you email me, I keep the email the way anyone keeps correspondence, and I reply from the same address.
Information this website collects
None directly. The pages are static files. There are no accounts, no login, no cookies, no local storage, and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. The site does not use advertising or analytics providers. If an analytics tool is ever added, this notice will be updated first and the tool will be named here.
Hosting logs
This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any hosting provider, Vercel may keep standard request logs, such as the address a request came from, the page requested and the time. Those logs are operated by Vercel under its own terms and are not used by ClearPath to identify or profile visitors. See Vercel's privacy policy.
The contact brief
The contact page asks for your name, an email address for the reply, the closest starting point, what needs to work better, and optionally your current website or system. All of that stays in your browser. When you choose "Open my email app", your browser creates a new message in your own email program with that text in it. You can read and change it there. Sending is done by your email app, not by this website, and the website cannot tell whether you sent it.
Please do not include passwords, customer records or other sensitive information in the brief or in email.
The browser demos and the video
The Request Desk, Business Brain and Website Manager demos use fictional sample data for a made-up cafe. Anything you type into them is handled in your browser only, is not stored, and disappears when you leave the page. The demonstration video is a rendered recording of fictional data and is not connected to any live client system.
Email and calls
If you email JWhalen@ClearPathWV.com or book a fit call, the information you share is used to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a scope and quote. Booking uses a third-party scheduling service with its own privacy policy; the link opens that service in a new context and nothing is booked from this website itself.
Client information
Client work is governed by a written agreement. In general, client information stays in the client's own accounts and tools, I use only the information approved for the job, and I do not move client data into systems of my own without written agreement.
Your choices and questions
Because this website stores nothing about you, there is nothing to delete here. If you have emailed me and want that correspondence removed, email the same address and ask. Questions about this notice go to JWhalen@ClearPathWV.com.
